The charities and organisations that take part in Baby Loss Awareness Week are committed to raising awareness of pregnancy and baby loss and providing support to anyone affected by pregnancy loss and the death of a baby.
Many events will be held throughout the week across the UK, including ribbon events and displays, remembrance and Wave of Light events. You can choose to attend or get involved in organising one in your local community.
Many parents, family members and friends who went through pregnancy loss, or whose baby died find it helpful to write about their experience. If you would like to share your story to help raise awareness via social media, tag us using #BLAW.
There are a number of ways to remember your baby or lost pregnancy this Baby Loss Awareness Week. Wear pink and blue ribbon pin badge and join the global #WaveOfLight to unite with other families across the world in lighting a candle at 7pm on 15th October.
