Please complete the form below if you would like to order a quantity of Baby Loss Awareness Week pins to sell in aid of Baby Loss Awareness Week on a Sale or Return basis.

These items are supplied in multiples of 10, up to a maximum of 50, on a sale-or-return basis.

These pins and all money raised will be your responsibility.

All monies and any remaining unsold items are to be returned NO LATER than 29 October 2023.

Please call Marion on 0203 897 3422 or email babyloss@sands.org.uk to make payment via credit/debit card and to finalise arrangements to return any unsold pins.

If we do not receive payment and/or unsold items by 29 October 2023 we will invoice you for the FULL COST of the items dispatched.
